Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

All bedding and linen is provided.

There is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom.

There is also a separate bathroom in the apartment.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet roll are provided.

PARKING

There is 1 car park space available to use for your stay (free of charge).

Maximum permitted vehicle height is 2.2 metres.

Subject to availability, there is an option to pay for extra use of the car park space before check-in and after checkout.

There are nearby paid car parks located at York Railway Station and a multi-storey NCP car park located on the street of Tanner Row.

LOCATION

The apartment is a five minute walk from York Railway Station.

The nearest bars, restaurants and tourist attraction are a 5-10 minute walk.

Check-in from 15:00

Checkout by 10:00

These times also apply to the car park space.

Due to insurance and cleaning, we cannot allow early check-in or late checkout.

The apartment is self check-in and checkout.

You will be sent instructions prior to your arrival, showing how to collect the keys from the key box and how to park.

BOOKING POLICY

Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before your arrival date.
No refunds are given if you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date.
Full payment is required at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings made with less than 4 weeks before your arrival date require immediate payment and no refunds will be given if you cancel.
1 vehicle space is provided free of charge (max vehicle height 2.2m).
No pets, parties, gatherings or loud noise.
